About Brian Wilson

Motivation, hard work, itegrity, honesty, these are just a few of the values that the Army instilled into me that I continue to live by. I feel that these traits make me a valuable asset to any real estate transaction. I believe that my assertive nature can be of great help to buyers and sellers alike. I work diligently to ensure that my clients transactions go as smoothly as possible. Commuinication is the key to a great relationship, and I feel it is vital to have weekly contact with the client. I'm there 7 days a week. If you have a question, I want to help! I consider myself a high tech and high touch agent. This means I will utilize the most cutting edge technology to get you the best, most current information, and I will always keep you informed. Recieve new listing information the day a property is listed, not a week later when it is advertised in the newspaper. As a seller you will benefit through the most web exposure available in the area and an online photo gallery featuring professional photography of your property, and 360 degree tours of your home. Nearly 80% of buyers begin their home search online. I'll make sure that your property makes a good first impression. Besides my work with private sellers, I also specialize in REO marketing & sales (bank owned properties). I'm a full time realtor and have worked extensively on reo & short sale properties both as a listing and selling agent. Current clients include HUD (Local Listing Broker), Fannie Mae Direct, and Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. If you're looking for an experienced REO agent to manage your bank oowned properties, I'd be glad to help. If you're a buyer looking for a great deal, I'd love to talk to you as well as many of my bank owned properties are great buys!
